Position: HVAC Project Engineer

Role Summary

Experienced HVAC Project Engineer required to manage HVAC installation projects from estimation through testing and commissioning. The role covers chillers, package units, DX and VRF systems, site coordination, material planning, and subcontractor supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects and supervise on‑site execution.

• Prepare estimates and project documentation including BOQs and material lists.

• Coordinate material planning and ensure timely delivery to sites.

• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality and schedule.

• Perform site coordination with MEP disciplines and client representatives.

• Oversee testing and commissioning of chillers, package units, DX and VRF systems.

• Control project costs and report on budget, progress, and variances.

• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and produce as‑built documentation.

• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 1–8 years in HVAC installation projects.

• Technical knowledge: Chillers, package units, DX systems, VRF systems, testing & commissioning.

• Skills: Estimation, project execution, cost control, site supervision, subcontractor coordination.

• Software: AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.

• Communication: Good coordination and reporting skills.

Other Requirements

• Valid transferable residency visa in Kuwait.

• Kuwait driving license is an advantage.

• Attested certificates from Kuwait MOFA preferred.

• Ready for immediate joining preferred.
