Job Vacancy: IT Support Engineer

A company in Ahmadi, Kuwait is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, user assistance, and IT system maintenance.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple IT support requests independently.

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Support Windows and Mac systems where required.
• Assist users with day-to-day technical issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network connections.
• Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Configure email accounts and resolve common email-related issues.
• Provide remote technical support using appropriate tools.
• Manage and update support requests through ticketing systems.
• Assist with basic Active Directory administration.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
• Respond to multiple support requests while prioritizing urgent problems.
• Maintain professional communication with users and internal teams.
• Identify recurring technical problems and assist with practical solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT Support / Desktop Support experience.
• Proven experience supporting desktop and laptop computers.
• Windows experience required; Mac experience is preferred.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with user support and technical assistance.
• Knowledge of printer and network configuration.
• Experience with system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of email configuration.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple IT support requests.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
