We are hiring a Full‑time AC Technician for maintenance and service of AHU, FCU, and DX systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service AHU, FCU, and DX systems.
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Replace components such as motors, belts, filters, sensors, and compressors.
- Clean and maintain coils, ducts, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare service reports and communicate findings to supervisors.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in HVAC maintenance and service.
- Technical knowledge: HVAC controls, refrigeration cycle, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Reading skills: Able to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Tools: Familiar with manifold gauges, multimeters, leak detectors, and HVAC tools.
- Education: Diploma or ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
- Communication: Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license preferred.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently.
