An established mechanical fabrication company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Workshop Manager to lead workshop operations in Amghara. Candidates with KOC project experience will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and oversee stainless‑steel fabrication activities.
- Supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians.
- Ensure fabrication meets project specifications and KOC standards.
- Review technical drawings and coordinate with project and site teams.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety and compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in stainless steel fabrication workshop management.
- Project Experience: Prior work on KOC projects preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes, including TIG, MIG, ARC.
- Skills: Proven leadership, workshop planning, production control, and effective communication.
