- Reporting: Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and staffing plans.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience: 3–4 years of progressive restaurant management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
- Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, flexible with shifts, and committed to high standards.
