Key Responsibilities
- Process daily data entry and maintain accurate electronic and manual records.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and financial documentation for submission and filing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, record payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries; correct discrepancies.
- Support basic accounting tasks including bookkeeping and periodic reporting.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and accounting software data with high accuracy.
- Generate inventory, sales, and financial reports as requested by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate transaction recording.
Requirements and Skills
- Education: High school diploma minimum; diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry roles.
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Core abilities: Strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, good numerical skills, and reliable record keeping.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow instructions and work with teams.
- Other: Professional attitude, confidentiality with financial data, and ability to meet deadlines.
