Urgent hire for an Accountant with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry experience for a local hire in Kuwait. The role requires independent handling of accounts, strong food costing knowledge, and familiarity with POS systems and accounting software.
Key Requirements
• Nationality: Indian only.
• Visa: Visa 18 transferable and ready to join immediately.
• Experience: 3–5 years in F&B / restaurant accounting.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, POS systems, and accounting software.
• Work style: Able to handle accounts independently with good communication skills.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile sales and purchases, including POS sales reconciliation.
• Monitor food cost and stock movement; maintain inventory controls.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month‑end close.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits.
