Role Summary
Gulf Limited Co., a company providing AC technical support and maintenance services, is hiring a Female Admin Assistant to manage office operations and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations.
• Receive and schedule customer service calls.
• Assign tasks and coordinate with technicians.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Maintain customer records and service reports.
• Handle emails and phone calls professionally.

Requirements
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic (speaking & writing).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in office administration (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferably currently residing in Kuwait.
