Role Summary
A salon in Kuwait City is hiring an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and day‑to‑day HR administration. Immediate joiners only.
Key Details
• Salary: Up to KD 400
• Location: Kuwait City
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR
• Nationality: Filipino preferred
• Visa: Visa 18 Ahli / Small Project (transferable) required
• Availability: Immediate joiners only
Core Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for salon staff.
• Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance management, training, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance with local labour regulations.
• Act as point of contact for employee queries and relations.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processes, and HR administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced salon environment.
• Must be in Kuwait and able to join immediately.
