Role Summary
Position: Assistant Manager — Delivery Operations
Location: Kuwait
An experienced operations leader is required to oversee and optimize delivery operations for a restaurant‑focused logistics team, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and customer‑centric service.

Key Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in delivery operations; restaurant industry experience preferred.
• Financial Skills: Experience handling balance sheets and financial reports.
• Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems, Odoo preferred.
• Languages: Good communication in Arabic and English.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and daily operations efficiently.
• Availability: Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.

Core Responsibilities
• Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure smooth workflow across hubs and routes.
• Manage and coordinate drivers and restaurant partners to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor financial records, prepare and review balance sheets and cost reports.
• Use ERP/Odoo for operational reporting, inventory, and reconciliation.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
• Train and mentor delivery supervisors and drivers; enforce safety and compliance.
