Key Responsibilities
• Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures, and shift handovers.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff; manage rosters and attendance.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experience, handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Quality Control: Maintain food safety, hygiene, and service standards; monitor inventory and stock levels.
• Sales & Reporting: Support sales initiatives, upselling, and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Compliance: Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor rules.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management.
• Visa: Visa 18 Ahli required.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately.
• Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Other: Valid Kuwait driving license is a plus; hospitality or culinary background preferred.
