Role Summary
A children’s retail e‑commerce company in Kuwait (Shuwaikh) is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, oversee logistics, and ensure smooth customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations (orders, fulfillment, delivery, returns).
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners.
• Supervise customer service operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and improve processes.

Requirements
• Visa 18 Ahli holder.
• Must be able to commute to Shuwaikh.
• Must speak, read, and write in English and Arabic.
• 5+ years’ experience in retail operations (e‑commerce preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and order management.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
