Role Summary
A growing fashion & retail apparel business in Kuwait is hiring an Operations Supervisor (E‑Commerce) to oversee daily operations, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily Shopify order processing.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up with drivers.
• Oversee customer service and handle escalated complaints.
• Supervise staff workflow from opening to closing.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels.

Requirements
• Must be based in Kuwait.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, e‑commerce, or operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
