Role Summary
A fast‑growing travel agency is hiring a Certified IATA Staff / Travel Consultant to handle airline ticketing, GDS operations, and customer service for leisure and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Airline ticketing: Issue and manage tickets, refunds, reissues, and fare calculations.
• GDS operations: Book flights, manage PNRs, and handle reservations using Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Customer service: Advise clients on itineraries, fares, visa requirements, and travel policies.
• Sales and upsell: Promote ancillaries, seat upgrades, and travel insurance to maximize revenue.
• Problem resolution: Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and irregularities; coordinate with airlines and suppliers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with IATA rules and agency procedures.

Requirements
• Certification: Valid IATA certification required.
• GDS Experience: Proven experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport and airline ticketing.
• Languages: Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Customer Focus: Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Commercial Skills: Basic sales ability and familiarity with fare construction and ticketing rules.
• Availability: Ready to join as per agency requirements.
