Role Summary
A reputed Money Exchange Company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to join their team. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Train staff on compliance requirements and ethical practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and prepare compliance reports.
• Ensure anti‑money laundering (AML) and counter‑terrorism financing (CTF) measures are effectively applied.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.
• Proven experience in compliance within the financial services or exchange industry.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and Central Bank of Kuwait guidelines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management.
