Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Manage project cost planning, estimation, and budgeting.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze cost variances.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial data.
• Support implementation of effective cost control measures.
• Provide reliable cost data for financial reporting and management decisions.

Skills & Requirements
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• High ethical standards with strict confidentiality.
• Experience: 6–8+ years in cost control or related roles.
