An established contractor in Kuwait is hiring an Electrical Supervisor with strong site experience to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and team coordination on long‑term projects.
Key Details
• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5–10 years relevant experience in electrical projects and site supervision
• Visa: Preferably transferable visa
• Employment Period: Open / long‑term
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Main Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and maintenance activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and BOQs.
• Lead, train, and manage electricians and technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Inspect completed work, perform quality checks, and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and other trades to meet schedules.
• Maintain site safety, enforce PPE use, and report incidents promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and update supervisors on manpower and material requirements.
Required Skills and Attributes
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, earthing, and testing procedures.
• Proven experience in site supervision, team leadership, and project coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic testing instruments.
