Role Summary
Experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to manage daily delivery operations, supervise drivers, and split time between office coordination and field oversight. The role requires strong people management, operational planning, and computer literacy to ensure timely, safe, and customer‑focused deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise delivery teams: assign routes, monitor performance, and manage attendance.
• Field oversight: conduct spot checks, ride‑along inspections, and on‑site problem resolution.
• Office duties: prepare daily manifests, update delivery logs, and maintain driver records.
• Training & coaching: onboard new drivers, deliver safety briefings, and run performance reviews.
• Route optimization: analyze routes and suggest improvements to reduce delivery times and costs.
• Customer communication: handle escalations, follow up on missed/damaged deliveries, and ensure professional service.
• Reporting: produce daily/weekly KPI reports (on‑time rate, delivery accuracy, incidents) for management.
• Compliance: enforce traffic, safety, and company policies; ensure drivers hold valid licences and documents.
Requirements
• Language: Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Computer skills: Proficient with MS Office; experience with delivery management or routing software preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience supervising drivers or field teams; logistics or last‑mile delivery background preferred.
• Mobility: Comfortable splitting time between office work and field supervision.
• Eligibility: Ahli (local) transfer only.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, problem solving, clear communicator, and ability to work under pressure.
