Role Summary
A leading oil and gas company in Kuwait urgently requires an experienced JCB Operator for earthworks and site support. This is an immediate‑join position for skilled operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate JCB/backhoe loaders for excavation, loading, and site preparation.
- Perform pre‑start checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Execute tasks safely following site instructions and project plans.
- Assist with site leveling, trenching, and material handling.
- Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years operating JCB or similar heavy equipment.
- Visa: Transferable visa required; immediate joiners preferred.
- Skills: Proven ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Attributes: Good situational awareness, punctual, and team player.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: KWD 300 (All inclusive).
- Other benefits: As per company policy and Kuwait labour law.
