Labour Helper for KOC Project jobs Kuwait (Immediate Hiring)
Role Summary
A contractor for a KOC project urgently requires Labour / Helper personnel for site support and general labour tasks. Immediate joiners with transferable residency will be prioritized.
Key Details
• Position: Labour / Helper
• Project: Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) project
• Salary: KD 150 per month
• Visa: Transferable residency required (Article 18 or equivalent)
• Start: Immediate availability preferred
Main Responsibilities
• Assist skilled trades and site teams with manual tasks and material handling.
• Load, unload, and transport materials on site; support basic site housekeeping.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform assigned duties safely and on time.
• Comply with site HSE rules, attend inductions, and participate in toolbox talks.
• Report issues to supervisors and assist with simple maintenance tasks as directed.
Candidate Requirements
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency (visa must be transferable).
• Prior experience as a labour/helper on construction or oil & gas sites is an advantage.
• Physically fit, punctual, and able to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work under supervision.
• Local availability in Kuwait preferred.
