Role Summary
A leading company in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced Planning Engineers to join their team. The role requires strong expertise in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using Primavera P6.
Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years total post‑graduation experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the same role.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in Primavera (Version 8.0 and above).
• Proven track record in scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across multiple projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 with demonstrated planning skills.
• Ability to identify and highlight critical path to Line Manager.
• Proactive approach to ensure projects are completed as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
• Review project proposals and provide inputs for execution strategies and proposal schedules.
• Prepare project baseline schedules.
• Monitor and update project schedules; identify slippages and recommend recovery plans.
• Participate as a member of the project team.
• Review contractor planning deliverables (schedules & progress reports).
• Collect, analyze, and compile project data and reports as directed by management.
• Provide schedule updates, progress status, and completion forecasts.
• Arrange project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to client and management.
