Role Summary
Lead and deliver interior fit‑out and joinery projects from planning through handover. Manage site coordination, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure projects meet client requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and scheduling; prepare and monitor project timelines.
- Site coordination with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Budget management; prepare cost estimates, control expenses, and report variances.
- Subcontractor management; select, supervise, and evaluate subcontractor performance.
- Quality control for joinery, finishes, and installation standards.
- Progress reporting to senior management and clients.
- Risk management and timely resolution of site issues.
- Ensure HSE compliance on site and enforce safe working practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing interior fit‑out and joinery projects.
- Proven skills in project planning, site coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Strong budgeting and cost control experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Construction, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
