Role Overview
We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Account Manager to grow client relationships, drive revenue, and lead strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
- Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities and support contract negotiations.
- Coordinate internally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client success.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in fintech, payments, or related sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Kuwait and available for local meetings as required.
