We are seeking a qualified and experienced Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily accounting entries
• Manage invoices and inventory records
• Coordinate purchase orders and delivery notes
• Assist in project handover processes
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support the finance department as required
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of data entry
• Experience in inventory management
• Ability to prepare and handle invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
• Experience in project handover documentation
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Female candidate
• Must have a transferable visa
