A leading delivery company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise drivers and manage schedules to maximize productivity.
- Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are maintained and operations run smoothly.
- Problem Solving: Handle operational and administrative challenges quickly and effectively.
- Technical Monitoring: Track performance using computer systems, dashboards, and data entry.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Previous work in delivery/logistics companies is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of driver monitoring through dashboards and tracking systems.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
- License: Valid Kuwaiti driving license preferred.
