Role Overview
We are hiring reliable and punctual Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team. Drivers will perform daily doorstep deliveries, follow assigned routes, and provide professional customer service while handling parcels with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels to customers safely and on time.
- Complete assigned deliveries (minimum 30 deliveries per day).
- Follow delivery routes and optimize stops for efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with customers on delivery status.
- Handle parcels with care and report any damaged items.
- Record deliveries and maintain accurate delivery logs.
Payment Structure
- KD 0.300 (300 fils) per delivery.
- Incentive threshold: If you reach 700 deliveries, all deliveries will be paid at KD 0.400 (400 fils) each.
- Example: Completing 700 deliveries = 700\times 0.400 KD per delivery for the full 700.
Requirements
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Good knowledge of Kuwait areas and routes.
- Punctual, committed, and customer‑oriented.
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage.
- Driver provides fuel.
- Company provides a company car.
