Role Overview
Provide secretarial support while managing the company’s social media presence. The role combines administrative duties with content posting, community engagement, and basic analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Secretarial tasks: Answer calls, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Social media management: Create and schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and monitor engagement across platforms.
• Content support: Assist with basic graphics, captions, and updates for website or social pages.
• Documentation: Maintain files for marketing assets and track requests.
• Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams as needed.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of social media handling and platform basics.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of Arabic.
• Professional, organized, and able to multitask.
• Available to work at Shuwaikh Industrial Area.
