Job Vacancy: Kitchen Helper – Burger Concept

NBT is looking for an experienced and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Assistant Chef to join a burger concept restaurant in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have previous kitchen experience, especially in a burger or fast-food concept, and should be comfortable with cutting and preparing chicken and assisting with daily kitchen operations.

• Assist the chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
• Cut and prepare chicken according to kitchen requirements.
• Assist in preparing ingredients for burgers and other menu items.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
• Keep ingredients properly organized and ready for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow food preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Assist with washing, cutting, and preparing other ingredients when required.
• Ensure food preparation areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from the chef and kitchen supervisor.
• Help maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

• 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a burger restaurant or fast-food kitchen is required/preferred.
• Must be able to cut and prepare chicken.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen and food preparation work.
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.
• No formal qualification required.

• Salary: KWD 200 per month
• Duty Meal: Provided
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Full-time employment.
• Restaurant/fast-food kitchen environment.

• Duty Hours: 12 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 2 days off per month
• Full-time position in Kuwait.
