Job Vacancy: Line Cooks & Food Dispatcher – Al Qurain, Kuwait

A central kitchen in Al Qurain, Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced Commis 2, Commis 3, and Food Dispatcher candidates.

Applicants should have practical experience in butchery and hot kitchen operations. Candidates with relevant kitchen experience who are ready to join are encouraged to apply.

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking.
• Support the hot kitchen and butchery sections.
• Prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements.
• Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen supervisors.

• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Support chefs during daily production.
• Handle ingredients and kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food-handling procedures.
• Assist the team in meeting daily production requirements.

• Check prepared food orders before dispatch.
• Organize and coordinate food orders for delivery or distribution.
• Ensure orders are complete and correctly packed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams.
• Maintain accuracy and timely dispatch of food orders.

• Previous experience in a central kitchen is required.
• Experience in butchery and hot kitchen operations is preferred.
• Relevant experience as Commis 2, Commis 3, or Food Dispatcher.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented.

• Salary: KWD 220–250 per month.
