Maintenance Officer Job in Kuwait (Junior & Senior Levels)

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Maintenance Officers to join our team. Opportunities are available for both Junior and Senior candidates, depending on your experience and qualifications.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Supervise and support maintenance and technical staff
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and compliance standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in maintenance and/or production environments
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, utilities, plumbing, and general maintenance is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Open to all nationalities
