We are looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician / Application Specialist with a strong background in Biochemistry to join our healthcare team in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures in the Biochemistry department.
- Install, configure, and provide application support for laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.
- Train laboratory staff on the operation and maintenance of medical laboratory instruments.
- Troubleshoot technical and application-related issues to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
- Conduct quality control procedures and maintain laboratory standards.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, laboratory protocols, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and service engineers when required.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Biochemistry and laboratory testing procedures.
- Experience with medical laboratory analyzers and diagnostic instruments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and application support skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer support skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience in Biochemistry laboratory is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Application Specialist is preferred.

- Experience with laboratory automation and diagnostic equipment.
