We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo & Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. This role combines ERP administration, operational reporting, sales support, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Position DetailsJob Title: Odoo & Operations Support Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kuwait
- Manage user accounts and access permissions within Odoo ERP
- Update customer and service contracts on the system
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Generate operational and administrative reports from Odoo
- Extract analytical data and prepare reports for executive management
- Support decision-making through accurate reporting
- Prepare and process professional price quotations
- Coordinate with the sales team on customer requirements
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and documentation
- Monitor company digital subscriptions and software licenses
- Manage official email accounts and related systems
- Support basic technical and operational requirements
- Handle daily operational tasks and administrative activities
- Follow up on management assignments and internal coordination
- Assist in maintaining efficient office operations
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
Strong experience in preparing quotations and extracting reports
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong administrative and coordination skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Valid Transferable Article 18 Visa
