We are Hiring Operations Lead | Kuwait

Seazen Group is looking for an analytical and results-driven Operations Lead to support performance across its growing portfolio of F&B brands and outlets in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in operational reporting, KPI analysis, budgeting, costing, and business performance management who can transform operational and financial data into actionable insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales, costs, margins, and profitability across brands and outlets.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

KPI Management

• Monitor outlet KPIs and operational performance.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards across all locations.

Financial Planning & Cost Control

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct actual-versus-budget performance reviews.
• Analyze:
  • Food Costs
  • Labor Productivity
  • Wastage
  • Delivery Costs
  • Operating Expenses

Operational Excellence

• Follow up on management action plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Track execution and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
• Monitor newly opened outlets and evaluate performance against targets.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in:

  • Multi-Unit F&B Operations
  • Performance Management
  • Business Analysis
  • Financial Analysis

• Strong understanding of:

  • Restaurant Profitability
  • Cost Control
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • KPI Management

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with Power BI is an advantage.

• ERP system experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Business Administration
  • Finance

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Hospitality Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
