Role Summary

Experienced Operations Manager needed to lead multi‑branch retail and food operations, improve branch performance, and ensure supply chain efficiency. The role focuses on operational excellence, food safety compliance, inventory control, and driving sales and margin improvements across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑branch operations to ensure consistent service and operational standards.

• Manage supply chain and logistics including inbound receiving, distribution, and store replenishment.

• Ensure food safety and quality by enforcing HACCP and storage protocols.

• Drive branch performance through KPI monitoring, sales analysis, and corrective action plans.

• Implement waste reduction strategies and optimize inventory turns and shrinkage control.

• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and operations staff to improve productivity.

• Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, and finance to align stock levels and promotions.

• Prepare operational reports and present performance insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or large food retail chains.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, storage protocols, and quality control.

• Supply chain expertise including inventory planning, distribution, and logistics.

• Analytical skills to interpret sales reports, margins, and operational KPIs.

• Leadership skills to manage multi‑branch teams and drive change.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retail ERP or POS systems.

• Track record of implementing cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with local market regulations and labor practices.

• Ability to travel between branches and work flexible hours when required.
