Operations Manager – Luxury Consumer Electronics Company

A leading Luxury Consumer Electronics Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium retail environment.

• Manage day-to-day retail and operational activities.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store and operations teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate inventory management and stock control.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze reports, KPIs, and business performance.
• Resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with management and support departments to achieve business objectives.

✅ Bachelor's Degree required.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or retail management.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Experience in premium retail or consumer electronics is a strong advantage.
✅ Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: KD 800–1,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
