Job Vacancy: Portioning & Dispatch Staff – Healthy Meal Company

A Healthy Meal / Diet Food Company in Kuwait is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Portioning & Dispatch Staff member to support daily meal preparation, portioning, packing, quality checking, and order dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment. Attention to detail is important because every meal must contain the correct items, quantities, and labels before being dispatched to customers.

• Portion food accurately according to meal plans and required quantities.
• Check food portions, appearance, quality, and overall presentation before packing.
• Ensure every meal box contains the correct food items according to the customer order.
• Verify meal labels, meal names, quantities, and customer details.
• Double-check completed orders before they are moved for dispatch.
• Organize packed meals and ensure orders are ready on time.
• Identify and report missing, incorrect, or low-quality items.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to correct portioning or order issues quickly.
• Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Keep the portioning and packing area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company quality-control procedures.
• Maintain accuracy even during busy meal preparation and dispatch periods.

• Previous experience in food preparation, portioning, dispatch, catering, or quality control is preferred.
• Experience working with a diet food, healthy meal, catering, or meal-preparation company is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to check multiple meal orders carefully without missing details.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
• Basic English reading and understanding required.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and committed to following company procedures.
