Job Vacancy: Production Engineer – Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Engineer – Maintenance to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical or instrumentation engineering background and hands-on experience in maintaining production machinery, industrial equipment, and utility systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and VFD systems.
• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and control systems.
• Maintain process plants, EOT cranes, air compressors, and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
• Use OEM manuals and technical documentation for maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic electronics repair and troubleshooting.
• Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and equipment issues.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

• BE/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Hands-on experience with PLC and VFD troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical circuit diagrams and OEM manuals.
• Basic knowledge of electronics repair.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of standard computer applications.
• AutoCAD knowledge is required/preferred.
• Knowledge of Fire Fighting and HVAC systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
