Job Vacancy: Purchase Executive – MEP & Building Materials

A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Executive to manage local and international purchasing activities, supplier coordination, quotations, negotiations, and order management.

Candidates with strong experience in MEP materials, building materials, procurement, and supplier sourcing are encouraged to apply.

• Manage the complete purchasing process from supplier sourcing to order delivery.
• Source MEP materials and building materials from local and international suppliers.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and process purchase orders according to company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor pending orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and service.
• Maintain updated supplier and purchasing records.
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, finance, and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Support cost-saving and procurement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in local and international purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials and building materials.
• Experience in supplier sourcing and vendor management.
• Good knowledge of quotation evaluation and price negotiation.
• Experience in purchase order processing and order follow-up.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait will be given preference.
• Ability to manage multiple purchasing requirements and meet deadlines.

• Salary: KD 400 per month
