Hiring Sales Lady / Salesman – Ladies Fashion Store
A ladies fashion store in Salmiya Old Souk, Kuwait is looking for friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Ladies and Salesmen to join the team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in ladies' fashion and styling, and a positive attitude toward customers. Candidates with previous retail sales experience are preferred, while freshers may also apply.
Job Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fashion products.
- Help customers choose outfits, styles, and products according to their preferences.
- Explain product features, prices, sizes, and available options.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Support daily sales activities and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and organized shop shelves.
- Assist with stock arrangement and basic inventory activities.
- Handle customers professionally and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales area.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Strong interest in ladies' fashion, clothing, and styling.
- Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid transferable Kuwait visa, where required.
- Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred.
