Job Vacancy: Rotating Foreman

A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Rotating Foreman to supervise maintenance activities involving rotating equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in industrial equipment maintenance, overhauling, shutdowns, and troubleshooting.

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to technicians and maintenance team members.
• Arrange the required tools, spare parts, and consumables for maintenance work.
• Carry out complete or partial overhauls of plant equipment independently.
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns, turnarounds, and major overhauls.
• Supervise technicians and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and verify the quality of completed maintenance work.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with engineering specifications and procedures.
• Troubleshoot rotating equipment failures and identify possible root causes.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams when required.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and equipment condition.

• Previous experience as a Rotating Foreman or similar maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong practical knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance.
• Experience with equipment overhauling and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate maintenance teams.
• Good understanding of engineering specifications and maintenance procedures.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure.

Experience with industrial rotating equipment such as:

• Pumps
• Compressors
• Turbines
• Gearboxes
• Motors
• Other plant rotating machinery
