A reputable company in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong Odoo ERP experience to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and day‑to‑day accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle accounting including journal entries, ledgers, and month‑end close.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger and supporting schedules.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Configure and maintain accounting workflows in Odoo ERP.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 4–5 years of accounting experience.
• Systems: Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP is essential.
• Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Attributes: Organized, deadline driven, and good communicator.
