Role Summary

A reputable employer in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Finance Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead financial planning, budgeting, and control functions. The role will manage budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, cost control, audits, and the company’s ERP/financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and deliver timely management reports.


• Manage cash flow planning, treasury activities, and working capital optimization.


• Implement cost control measures and drive margin improvement initiatives.


• Coordinate and manage audits (internal and external) and ensure statutory compliance.


• Oversee ERP and financial systems administration, upgrades, and process automation.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.


• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and support business decisions.


• Develop and mentor the finance team; establish strong internal controls and SOPs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance roles with progressive responsibility; prior managerial experience required.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.


• Technical: Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.


• Audit: Proven track record in audit coordination and statutory compliance.


• Industry: Experience in construction, contracting, oil & gas, or related sectors is an advantage.
