• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high service quality
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and drive process improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve operational objectives

• Proven experience in a relevant role
• Previous experience in healthcare or dental clinics is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
