Job Vacancy: Site Engineer – Fit-Out Projects

OK Interiors is looking for a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join its team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fit-out projects, including commercial, retail, and office spaces, with good knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site coordination.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for fit-out projects.
• Ensure construction and fit-out works are completed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor the quality and progress of work at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure proper use of fit-out materials and construction techniques.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and construction issues.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
• Coordinate with project management and other engineering teams when required.
• Ensure site activities follow safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper site documentation and provide updates on project progress.
• Inspect completed work and ensure required standards are maintained.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
• Strong experience in fit-out projects is required.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or office interior projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of fit-out techniques, materials, and construction practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Must have valid Kuwaiti residency with transferable status.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license required.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
