A company in Kuwait is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer with experience in fit-out site management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for fit-out projects.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure construction and fit-out works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure project standards are maintained.
- Follow up on materials, manpower, and site requirements.
- Prepare and maintain basic site reports and project documentation.
- Communicate project updates and site issues to management.
- Ensure proper safety and site procedures are followed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out site management.
- Good technical and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
