Overview

A South Indian restaurant AR SUVAI in Mahboula, Kuwait is hiring experienced kitchen staff who specialize in authentic Tamil Nadu flavours. Immediate joiners preferred; contract terms to be discussed at interview. Candidates with strong hands‑on skills and a clean, hardworking attitude will be prioritised.

Positions Available
  • Main Cook — Specialist in South Indian meals, Kalyana Biryani, and non‑veg thokku.

  • Parotta Master — Skilled in fast, authentic Veechu parotta preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes to standard recipes and portion sizes.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

  • Work efficiently during peak service, manage prep and stock for assigned station.

  • Follow menu specifications, assist with inventory, and support junior kitchen staff.

  • Ensure consistent taste and presentation across all outlets.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Tamil Nadu / South Indian style cooking.

  • For Parotta Master: demonstrable speed and mastery of Veechu technique.

  • Hardworking, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.

  • Clean personal hygiene and ability to follow food safety practices.

  • Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to kitchen routines.
