Overview
A South Indian restaurant AR SUVAI in Mahboula, Kuwait is hiring experienced kitchen staff who specialize in authentic Tamil Nadu flavours. Immediate joiners preferred; contract terms to be discussed at interview. Candidates with strong hands‑on skills and a clean, hardworking attitude will be prioritised.
Positions AvailableMain Cook — Specialist in South Indian meals, Kalyana Biryani, and non‑veg thokku.
Parotta Master — Skilled in fast, authentic Veechu parotta preparation.
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Work efficiently during peak service, manage prep and stock for assigned station.
Follow menu specifications, assist with inventory, and support junior kitchen staff.
Ensure consistent taste and presentation across all outlets.
Proven experience in Tamil Nadu / South Indian style cooking.
For Parotta Master: demonstrable speed and mastery of Veechu technique.
Hardworking, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
Clean personal hygiene and ability to follow food safety practices.
Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to kitchen routines.
