Job Vacancy: System Administrator Required

A reputed organization in Kuwait is looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, network security, server performance, and providing technical support to internal users.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and security.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and cloud services.
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network devices.
• Implement IT security practices including endpoint protection and access controls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset records, system documentation, and technical procedures.
• Support installation of new hardware, software, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor system logs and proactively identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical solutions.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support when required.
• Support emergency maintenance activities when needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• B.Tech / MCA or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with:
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • DNS & DHCP
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
  • VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
  • TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Routing & Switching
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Firewall and endpoint security management
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or scripting tools is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong Office 365 application support knowledge preferred.
