Role Overview:The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates to support organizational growth.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Previous experience in schools or the education sector is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Post job vacancies across relevant platforms and screen applications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and reports
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Assist in improving recruitment strategies and processes
