Education

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates to support organizational growth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Previous experience in schools or the education sector is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Post job vacancies across relevant platforms and screen applications
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and reports
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Assist in improving recruitment strategies and processes
