• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

• Basic accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial documentation.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Experience in medical supplies, healthcare, trading, or electrical companies is an advantage.
