Nexera Business Solution, an innovative technology venture based in Mangaf, Kuwait, is hiring an ambitious, bilingual Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Market digital transformation services including website development, branding, AI solutions, and ERP systems.
• Prospect, qualify, and engage corporate clients, retail brands, and commercial startups across Kuwait.
• Deliver persuasive solution presentations, conduct client needs assessments, and negotiate contract terms.
• Work alongside technical development teams to structure tailored project proposals and commercial bids.
• Build strong professional networks and maintain lasting relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly new client acquisition and business revenue milestones.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience in digital agencies or software firms.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Technical familiarity with web development and IT solutions is a strong advantage.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18).
